My goal is to:

Help keep the educational environment as safe as possible

Personalized coaching for those who struggle with emotional regulation that prevent teachers lesson plan and disrupts the safety level with in the schools.

Utilizing the concept Transactional Analysis to help equip educators, teachers, paraprofessionals, teachers aid, and any other roles that play a part into youth development.

Experience That Sees the Whole Child

Supporting children and young people requires more than understanding behavior in a classroom. It requires understanding the experiences, environments, and systems that can shape that behavior.
My background has given me hands-on experience across several of those environments. From education and special education to foster care, group homes, probation, and the justice system.

That perspective allows me to look beyond “What's wrong with this child?” and instead ask:

“What is this child communicating, what might be influencing their behavior, and what support will help them succeed?”

🧩 Special Education Experience
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State, with internship experience in both a District Attorney's Office and a Probation Department.
Hands-on experience supporting youth in foster care and group-home settings, developing an understanding of the challenges that can affect behavior, relationships, and development.
Current experience as a Special Education Paraprofessional, supporting children with diverse learning, behavioral, communication, and developmental needs.

I believe challenging behavior is often communication—not simply something that needs to be punished or eliminated. My approach focuses on understanding the individual, identifying what they need, and building practical strategies that promote confidence, independence, and success.
My Difference
I don't approach education from just one perspective.
I've worked alongside systems that respond to behavior after problems occur, and I've worked in environments focused on helping children develop the skills they need to succeed before those problems become bigger.
