Schedule a personalized 1-on-1 call with 5 Star Motivation to discover your strengths and weaknesses, and create goals to help you achieve your full potential. Together, we'll work to build your personal branding portfolio and set you on the path to success.
Cancellation Policy
Our personalized life coaching 1-1 meetings support, guide, and empower individuals to achieve personal and professional goals. We aim to create a safe, confidential, and productive environment where clients can explore their potential, overcome obstacles, and develop actionable plans to enhance their lives. Session Structure Duration: Each session lasts 60 minutes. Frequency: Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the client's needs and goals. Format: Meetings can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Booking and Cancellation Scheduling: Sessions are booked in advance through our online booking system, via email, or by phone. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. Confidentiality Privacy: All discussions during the coaching sessions are confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Data Protection: Personal data and session notes are securely stored and only accessible to the coach. Payment Fees: Payment for sessions is due at the time of booking. Packages: Clients may purchase individual sessions or packages at a discounted rate. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Refunds for unused sessions within a package will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Client Commitment Engagement: Clients are encouraged to actively participate and engage in the sessions to maximize the benefits of coaching. Homework: Clients may be given assignments or tasks to complete between sessions to support their progress. Feedback: Regular feedback will be sought to ensure the coaching is meeting the client’s needs and expectations. Coach’s Role Support: The coach’s role is to provide guidance, support, and accountability to help clients achieve their goals. Non-Directive: The coach will not give direct advice or solutions but will facilitate the client’s own problem-solving and decision-making process. Termination Notice: Either party can terminate the coaching relationship at any time with one week's notice. Code of Ethics Our coaching practice adheres to the ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by the International Coach Federation (ICF)
